I wouldn't be too worried about 1 or 2 pounds. Just compare your weights before and after you go to the bathroom! The best way to track your weight loss is to have as similar circumstances as possible when you do your weigh-in - same clothes, same time of day, same stomach contents, etc.

I swear, water is the scale's worst enemy, sigh. It's too bad I can't get myself on a more strict schedule to decrease all the variability!
